I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is perfect for exploring the White Mountains, the room felt a bit drafty due to some ongoing refurbishments. The staff was generally friendly, but the breakfast selection left something to be desired. Overall, it's a decent spot, but there are a few areas that could definitely use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms looked a bit odd, possibly due to some ongoing refurbishments. We had a giant draft coming in through the outside door, which made it feel quite cold in the room.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and the staff were helpful. However, at times it felt like we were in the wrong when asking for things.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very convenient for accessing the highway, hiking trails, restaurants, and other attractions in the area, although it was a bit tricky to find initially.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was really below average compared to what I've experienced at other budget motels. The selection was lacking, and the seating area wasn’t ideal.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but with some areas needing attention. The pool had a bit too much chlorine, which affected the overall experience.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, being close to attractions and offering beautiful surroundings. The service was mostly friendly, but I did encounter a troubling situation with a staff member. The rooms left a lot to be desired with an outdated design and noise from other guests impacting my stay. Overall, it's a great spot but it has its shortcomings.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite dated, with an old design and colors that didn't appeal to me. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests running around the hallways made it difficult to relax.
Service
6.0
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful; however, there was an alarming incident where one staff member barged in and caused a scene, which left me quite uncomfortable.
Location
9.0
The location was really nice, close to attractions like the Whale's Tale water park and the White Mountains, making it convenient for visitors.
Dining
5.0
The dining was just okay; it was what I expected but nothing more. I was hoping for a bit more variety, especially fresh fruits and vegetables.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Basic amenities were available, but they could use some upgrades.

The hotel was in a decent location, great for exploring the White Mountains and Lincoln’s attractions. The rooms were clean but had some maintenance issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay better. Dining didn't stand out much and could be improved, but overall, it offered good value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean; however, I was a bit disappointed because I thought I had booked a double queen room, and there were some maintenance issues like tape holding things together.
Service
8.0
The service was friendly and accommodating. I noticed the staff was attentive, though I wasn't impressed with some of the housekeeping practices.
Location
9.0
The location was ideal for what we wanted to do, especially after our scenic drive through the White Mountains. It was also close to Loon Mountain, which was perfect for skiing.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was decent, but I did feel a bit sick afterwards due to the spiciness of the homefries, which I wasn’t expecting. It wasn't anything fancy.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were okay, nothing too special but they did the job. The pool area was nice enough to relax in.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I appreciated the clean and modern rooms, I found the service to be a bit lacking. The location is perfect for exploring the area, especially during the fall season, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick getaway, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very modern, clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. However, I noticed that the prices were excessively high due to the autumn leaf watching season.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was not very reliable. I had some issues with communication, as calls to the booking company were refused. They seemed overwhelmed, especially during this busy time.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, tucked away in the mountains but still close to shops and restaurants. It’s ideal for anyone looking to enjoy fall activities in the White Mountains region.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining experience quite disappointing. Breakfast was overcooked and didn't meet my expectations, which was unfortunate before heading out for a day of adventures.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has good facilities, but I feel they need some updates to keep everything functioning well. Some areas appeared to be in need of repair.

6.4/10

The hotel had a decent location that was convenient for accessing local trails and amenities, and the staff was generally friendly and efficient. However, I found the rooms lacked thorough cleanliness, and the breakfast was quite underwhelming with limited options. While the Wi-Fi wasn’t included, the overall experience still offered good value for the money.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit hit or miss; they were warm and comfortable, but there were fingerprints on the faucet and hair on the shower curtain, which was off-putting.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly, though I did have an unsettling experience when I caught one person sneaking into my room.
Location
8.0
I liked the location as it was nicely plowed out after the storm and close to the village amenities and main highways.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing—they ran out of eggs and sausages, and the same microwaved options were served daily without any variety.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate; the pool area was nice and well-kept, but overall, some areas showed signs of wear and needed attention.
